How long does credentialing and negotiation take?

Negotiations typically take 4 - 6 weeks. After fee schedules are finalized and applications are submitted. After which it can take up to a month to a month and a half for effective dates to take place.

Do you work with both startups and acquisitions?

Yes! Whether you're launching, acquiring, or restructuring, we tailor the credentialing and negotiation strategy to your specific situation.

Can you help increase our insurance reimbursement rates?

Absolutely, yes. However, it is contingent on the insurance company. Some insurance companies negotiate, some do not. If an insurance company is willing, we negotiate code-by-code fee schedules using percentile-based UCR data to help you secure the best possible reimbursements.

What do you need from me to get started?

We’ll need your NPI, Tax ID, office address, and a dedicated Gmail account for credentialing communication. We’ll walk you through everything.
